Delivery options are displayed at checkout once your address information has been entered. You should receive an option to collect from our base at Stone Row Artisans, 1st Floor, 2-6 Stone Row, Coleraine, BT52 1EP or from selected collection partners (chilled or alcohol products should be available from the vendor's own premises. Delivery of these products is the responsibility of the respective vendor). If you live within the Taste Causeway region you should also have the option for local delivery as well as the standard shipping option of 48 hour tracked delivery. For faster delivery you can upgrade to 24 hour tracked delivery.  

All of our products for UK customers are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked and we aim to post your order same day. Please note this is an aim and not a guarantee. We use other delivery partners for international shipping.

Orders received after 12pm may be dispatched the following working day, so please allow 2 to 4 working days from date of order dependant on shipping service selected at checkout.

Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday (Excluding Bank Holidays). 

Wherever possible please add your contact number and any further delivery instructions to the notes upon checkout to avoid any delays (eg. landmark, gate codes or safeplaces).

You will receive an email confirmation at the time you place the order and then a further email when the item has been dispatched.

From time to time we will offer free delivery. This will be time limited and provided in the UK only on a 48 hour Royal Mail tracked basis. 

OVERSEAS SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping to ROI as standard is free on orders over €50. Tracked shipping is also available, this will be calculated at the checkout. 

Shipping costs for both Europe and the rest of the world are custom to each Country. This will be calculated at the checkout. 

Tracked shipping is available for orders up to 2kg and can be selected at the checkout stage. Some countries tracked services vary between signed, tracked & signed and tracked due to internal postal system limitations. An order tracking number will be provided with shipping confirmation.

Please note orders above 2kg may be split into separate packages due to shipping limitations. 

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS 

Some country's customs have very strict importing regulations which are outside our control. If you live in U.A.E., Qatar, Kuwait or Saudi Arabia we will ask for a P.O. Box to ensure we deliver to the right address. 

Overseas parcels will usually arrive within 9 working days to Europe and 12 days for rest of the world deliveries
